Individually Planned Services offered include individualized supported living, life and work connections, vocational and practical living skills training, family & community living, service coordination and purchased supports, including but not limited to therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, assistive technology devices and other services designed to minimize the effects of developmental disabilities.
