Must be enrolled in SNAP and have an EBT card with a SNAP balance.

Intake Procedure
Go to the information booth at the farmers market and use the EBT machine to get SNAP tokens to spend at the market. At the same time, you will be given a matching amount, up to $25 ($15 at City Market) in DUFB tokens.
