Description
Your Kidneys and You: Trains volunteers to educate the community about kidneys and risk factors for kidney disease. - KEEP Healthy: A free, kidney health screening that is designed to raise awareness about kidney disease and drive those who are at risk to get tested.

Description
The NFK Cares Help Line: Offers free support for patients, families and caregivers affected by kidney disease. Will speak with a trained professional who will answer questions, listen to concerns and send free education brochures. - NKF Peers: A free, telephone-based program offered to stage four kidney patients, those on dialysis or those with a transplant. Patients are linked with trained volunteer mentors who offer support and guidance.
