Description
A professional Case Manager will work with you for a minimum of three months, taking the time to learn about you and your unique needs. The objectives of this program is to help you gain the skills you need to realize your dreams. They can teach you how to set attainable and measurable goals for yourself. You will learn about personal finance, saving, and budgeting through our workshops. We can connect you with occupational skills training, employment, etc.

Description
This CAAGKC location has a Healthy Homes program which serves to reduce respiratory illnesses and chronic asthma. They will conduct a home inspection looking for environmental causes of respiratory illnesses, provide education on home safety and health, and provide referrals to services that can help abate the health hazards in the home. Our Healthy Homes program take a comprehensive approach by focusing on a variety of housing-related hazards to create a safe environment for you and your family. This program addresses mold, lead, allergies, asthma, carbon monoxide, home safety, pests, and radon on a case by case basis.
