Description
Fan Drive: Air Conditioners available for families with medically fragile individuals. Eligible medical conditions include asthma, heart conditions, cancer, sickle cell, cystic fibrosis, chronic skin conditions (cast/bandages), or technologically dependant.

Letter from medical professional indicating applicant's need for air conditioner. Participating agency will tell you what documentation they require per location.
Eligibility
Low-income; Must be medically fragile; Cannot have an air conditioner in the home. If 65 or over, should be referred to Bishop Sullivan Project Eldercool.

Pathway of Hope is an intensive case management program for clients who have the desire to break the cycle of crisis. It is an alternative to emergency assistance for people who are motivated to make life changes and move into self sufficiency.
