Description
Services provided by licensed homecare agencies in the home of the caregiver or care receiver that allow the primary caregiver time away to do other activities. Services can include homemaker and personal care activities, along with companionship and supervision. A maximum of 32 hours can be provided. MARC will assess each client to determine the number of hour to authorize each month based on the caregiver and care recipientsâ needs

The Missouri Long-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsman Program consists of ombudsman/volunteers serving residents of nursing homes and residential care facilities to provide support and assistance with any problems or complaints about the facilities.
