MLM can provide assistance with rental arrears for people who have an active eviction notice or a previous eviction. Forward rental assistance is not available.

Eviction notice filed with the court, photo ID, SS cards for household members, proof of address, and proof of income for the last 30 days (pay stubs, social security, unemployment, pension, child support, TANF, etc.)
Eligibility
Must have active eviction or previous eviction filed with the court. Preference is given to those who have not received assistance from MLM in the past. Must file within 18 months of eligibility.
