Supportive Employment is a program for people with disabilities that involves one-on-one support from a coach.
Hours
M-F 8am-5pm
Required Documents
Photo ID; SS card; employment, medical and school records; monthly income and expense information
Eligibility
Must have a physical or mental disability that creates a barrier for gaining employment
Fees
Payment for some services based on financial need guidelines. You will be expected to help pay for your rehabilitation program according to your ability to do so.
