Description

Community Assistance Council provides Happy Bottoms diapers. Clients sign up and receive diapers every month at this location. Children can get diapers for 3 years or until their 4th birthday, whichever comes first.

Required Documents

Parent/guardian photo ID, documentation with child's date of birth (birth certificate, shot record, Medicaid card, etc), proof of financial need (SSI, WIC, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid card, etc.)

Eligibility

150% or less of Federal Poverty guidelines.

Required Documents

Head of Household's picture ID, Social Security cards for everyone in the household, a current piece of mail (last 30 days), and proof of income (if any).

Eligibility

150% or less of Federal Poverty guidelines.

Intake Procedure

Visit location, or for faster service call to make an appointment for food by calling 816-763-3277 x 100. On the day of your appointment, pull into parking lot and someone will meet you at your car and obtain intake information. Food boxes will be delivered to your car. No food clients allowed in the building at this time. Masks required, ask if you need one.
