Referring partner agencies refer individuals who are on free and/or reduced lunch programs, meet poverty guidelines, homeless, diagnosed disability/IEP, TANF, or SSI, AGENCY REFERRAL REQUIRED

Intake Procedure
Referring agencies (school social workers, social service agencies, hospitals, mental health centers, or churches) must complete a Clothes Closet Referral Form and submit it to ccclothescloset@gmail.com, or complete the Agency Referral page online. The Appointment Coordinator will email referring agency a scheduled date and time to share with the client.
