Hours
M-Th 8:30am-4pm; F 8:30am-12pm
Required Documents
Photo ID or two alternative forms of ID such as a social security card, Medicaid card or birth certificate. SS # must be on at least one piece of identification. Names and SS # of all those in the household; a budget-monthly income and expense sheet; pay stubs for the past month to verify employment information; a written description of the family situation. Lease agreement for rent help and most current utility bill for utility help.
Eligibility
Emergency need; must either have income, or have recently lost job & are looking or have future income plan.
