MUST HAVE MADE A PAYMENT IN THE LAST 90 DAYS, NO OLD BILLS (from a previous address), NO BILLS OVER $1,000. Require income source for electric assistance, can only receive assistance once every 18 months/ 3 times in a lifetime

They are now taking applications for assisting persons/households who are homeless with part of FIRST MONTH'S RENT to move out of homelessness. Historically, Bishop Sullivan Center has only helped with past due rent or utilities.
