Provides nutritional education, breastfeeding education and support, health information, health screenings, referrals, lead and hemoglobin screenings, and supplemental food checks to eligible participants.

Eligibility
Women of all ages who are pregnant or breastfeeding Women whose pregnancy ended less than six months ago Infants up to age one year and children up to five years Must meet income guidelines
