Venturing programs are co-ed and are delivered through a collaborative effort of Council professional staff, volunteers, parents, and partner organizations. Venturing programs allow registered youth to participate in outdoor activities such as kayaking, ziplining, climbing, scuba, etc. Scouts BSA programs are delivered through a collaborative effort of Council professional and clerical staff, volunteers, parents, and partner organizations. Services include the following, youth and volunteer training, age-specific camping programs, and leadership skills training and mentoring. Scouts can work on over 100 merit badges. The highest rank is Eagle Scout. The Scouts BSA program runs on a Patrol method with youth leadership, adults take advisory/training roles.
