Provides three complete outfits of clothing, three sets of underwear and socks and pajamas twice a year to foster children in Christian, Greene, and Taney counties in Missouri.

Description
Addresses the needs of abused and neglected children through the provision of new clothing, tutoring, hygiene items and self-esteem-enhancing activities for Christian, Greene, and Taney County, Missouri foster children. Also, matches child protective caseworkers with community groups to fulfill child/family needs. An outreach service of the Council of Churches of the Ozarks.

Eligibility
Foster/adoptive parents must meet the following criteria: Must be age 21 years old and older with an adequate income Must be single or married (with or without children) Must own or rent a home, apartment, condo, or other residence with safe space for additional children Must be in good physical and mental health Must be willing to be a part of a team and complete a free training and assessment program Must complete child abuse/neglect and criminal records checks Eligibility for programs: Must be Christian, Greene, or Taney County, Missouri foster children Must be Christian, Greene, or Taney County, Missouri child protective caseworkers and families on those caseloads
