Description
Individual or small group lessons, horse care and ground work, field trips, Alternative School equestrian program, after school program to decrease obesity and teach relationship skills and respect, pony rides at community events, daily group riding lessons during summer day camp. Description
Experienced mothers from the community visit expectant and new mothers and newborns in their homes. These women, who have been trained as childbirth educators, ensure that women receive care before and after giving birth and offer help throughout the baby's first year of life.
