Suggested donation for elderly is $2 for in town Sikeston, each additional stop is .50 cents. General public cost $4 in Sikeston. $2 additional for extra stops. Round trip to Cape Girardeau from Sikeston for a senior is $15, and for the general public is $20. No pick ups after 4:00pm or on the weekend. Drivers are not allowed to enter dwellings for assistance. Includes wheelchair lift

General Operating Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm Service to Cape Girardeau provided Mon, Wed, Fri. Transportation for individuals to dialysis, doctor appointments, shopping, etc. Arrive at 10 am and return at 2 pm. Also runs throughout Sikeston: Leaves Sikeston at 8:30am same day service available Mon-Fri. Sikeston Wal-Mart and surrounding business runs available at 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 3pm.
