Heartland Independent Living, Inc. is a non-residential Independent Living Center that provides programs and services to individuals with disabilities (only) to assist them with living in their own homes. Provides ramp construction, home barrier removal services, advocacy, specialized telecommunication equipment, centers for independent living, attendant services for people with disabilities, peer role model programs, errand running, shopping assistance, homemaker assistance, in-home meal preparation, personal care, and specialized information and referral.
