Description:
A network of care for our neighbors in need implemented by professional staff, churches, and community volunteers to address immediate needs and the underlying concerns that keep people in poverty. Services include transitional housing/shelter, job finding assistance, case/care management, life skills education, and specialized information and referral.
Intake Process:
First
Call Love Columbia at 573-256-7662 during the public phone hours:
Monday - Wednesday, 8:30 - 9:30 am Wednesday, 3:30 - 4:30 pm
Second
Our Clearinghouse will respond to your voicemail within 48 hours to complete a screening and verify which of our programs best suits your need.
Third
You will have an appointment with one of our Service Coordinators in the Path Forward program. This is where we thoroughly assess your situation and offer strategic help through coaching.
Program Fees:
There are no fees to participate in Love Columbia programs.
Eligibility:
Love Columbia serves anyone in Columbia who is struggling to provide for their basic needs or improve their life and wants help to create a path forward.
