Helps individuals become self-reliant, resourceful, and economically independent. Participants have the opportunity to start an escrow account and voluntarily enroll in the five year program which creates goals and a plan to become independent of government assistance.

Description
Money Smart program is a 10 week series of classes designed to assist prospective homewoners with money management and budgeting for future homeownership. One-on-one counseling helps participants with a range of services, including credit counseling and evaluating homeownership options.
