Telephone Helpline: A confidential youth friendly telephone helpline staffed by trained youth/youth friendly adults. 'Crisis Worker' volunteers provide immediate telephone response intended to assist persons facing any type of personal crisis. These situations could include health issues, substance use or abuse, family violence, sexual conflicts, depression, feelings of anxiety, as well as thoughts or feelings of suicide.
