Goal is to empower these young moms to become self-sufficient and create a better future for themselves and their children. Description
Participants and their children live in Almost Home's transitional living facility and are expected to attend school, counseling, life skills classes and parenting classes. Participants may stay in the program for up to 24 months and beyond.
