              The Woman, Infants and Children nutritional supplemental program serves low income pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum women and children under five years of age who are at nutritional risk. The program's goal is to improve the nutritional health of participants by providing nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and support, medical care referrals, and nutritious foods.
