The Stroke Family Support Network has many services to benefit stroke survivors, families and caregivers such as a stroke Warmline. The Warmline can connect callers with emotional support, stroke-related resources, preventative information or just lend a listening ear. Stroke Connection Magazine offers free subscription online and contains valuable tips and award winning inspirational stories. Support group information for survivors and caregivers also available.
