UBCF offers a Holistic Grant to assist with services including: diet and nutritional counseling and supplements, counseling, mind-body therapies, energy healing, reflexology, lymphatic massage and acupuncture.

M-Th 10am-3pm EST
Required Documents
Application; Proof of income; Any outstanding bills or estimates for cost of treatment; Doctor's letter
Eligibility
Income is taken into consideration (see application); Must be current breast cancer patient or within 3 years of remission
Fees
$25 Pay it Forward Contribution due by check at time of application.
Intake Procedure
Call or visit website for application. Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis. You will be notified by email. Every qualified applicant receives assistance.
