Essay/testimonial on how grant will assist you; current resume; Copy of Death certificate; 2 letters of recommendation (academic and personal); Tuition invoice; Academic transcript; SAT or ACT scores; latest copy of income tax return for remaining parent

Call or visit website for application. Deadline for Fall scholarships is June 15, deadline for Spring is November 1, deadline for Summer is May 1.
