Missouri Locations: This hospital is a safe haven for persons wishing to surrender physical custody of their infant. A parent or other person having lawful custody of an infant less than 45 days old may leave the infant in the hands of staff. Kansas Locations: This hospital is a safe haven for persons wishing to surrender physical custody of their infant. A parent or other person having lawful custody of an infant less than 60 days old may leave the infant in the hands of staff.
