Description
CHWC offers arts classes and programming through the EPIC Arts campus at 609 N. 6th Street. Current programs include clay classes, art galleries, outdoor and indoor spaces for community use, an Artist in Fellowship program, and Downtown Third Friday Art Walks from April - October each year.

Description
CHWC is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor offering monthly Homebuyer Education courses. The courses cover budgeting and credit basics, types of financing programs available, securing a mortgage loan, shopping for a home, and finance management. Upon completion of the course, individuals receive an official âCertificate of Completion.â This may be used for down payment assistance when purchasing a home. The certificate is valid for one year from the date of class completion.

Need; Primarily for first-time homebuyers but anyone can attend. Homebuyers should check with their lender or assistance program to find out whether they will accept CHWC's certificates.
