Eligibility
Age 0 to 20 years. Must have MO Medicaid as primary dental insurance or have no dental insurance; meet requirements of financial screening. Pregnant persons insured by Missouri Medicaid are also eligible for services.

Nominal fee scale based on results of financial screening.
