Description
Provides holistic criminal and civil legal services with matters such as landlord/tenant disputes, consumer protection cases, divorce, custody and visitation rights, benefit application, elder law issues, such as guardianship and due process claims. Also, represents low-income individuals whose civil rights have been violated by courts, police, and jails and by filing class actions lawsuits challenging cash bail and debtorsâ prisons.
