The KC Regional COAD is a body of voluntary, community, and faith-based organizations and people who help prepare and respond to their community in potential emergency and disaster situations by following the tenants to: Communicate, Cooperate, Coordinate and Collaborate to provide human services in times of disasters. KCR COAD acts a a clearing house for volunteer opportunities, donations, and emergency human services in small and large scale disasters
