Description
Payday advance and small dollar loan customers that believe that a CFSA member company has engaged in an unlawful or unfair lending practice may submit a formal grievance to CFSAâs Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee will review your case and determine if a violation of CFSA Best Practices has occurred. If so, the Committee will determine what action should be taken against the CFSA member.

Payday loan customer at a CFSA member company (will have the CFSA logo displayed at business location) For the Extended Payment Plan, must ask for the EPP by name at the office where the loan was originated before the close of business on the last business day before the loan due date.
