Center for Disability Inclusion is a business led organization that helps advance disability inclusion efforts in the workplace. Our partners commit to recruitment, hiring management and marketing practices which ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities. One service is a partnership with Our Ability Connect, an online job board designed to connect businesses and candidates with disability who are looking for work. This is a great tool for any business looking for more ways to do outreach and it's a great tool for any candidate looking for employment. Businesses do have a fee, however it is free for candidates with disabilities. They are not a placement agency, rather we are a connecting agency working closely with business.
