Description

- Teen Parenting Mentoring - St. Louis Volunteer Resource Parents (SLVRP) and St. Louis County Volunteer Resource Parents (SLCVRP): Matches pregnant/parenting young women and young fathers with trained volunteer mentors to offer emotional support and parenting techniques during and after pregnancy. - Missouri Mentoring Partnership - Worksite Mentoring: Provides youth with guidance in interview skills and job readiness training, then connects the job-ready, motivated youth with the corporations who take them on as employees and mentees. - Drug Court Mentoring: Trained mentors provide teens guidance, advocacy and support as the teens navigate the St. Louis Court system. The goal of the program is to get the teens clean, sober and on the right track to a successful adulthood.

Description

- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Provides skills children/adolescents and their caregivers on how to handle difficult emotions connected to trauma, how to anxiety, fear, flashbacks and nightmares that are common after a traumatic experience. - Cognitive Processing Therapy: An evidenced-based therapy that focuses on the individual's stuck points which must be resolved to recover including individual therapy sessions and daily practice between sessions.
