The Battle Within was founded by over 100 veterans, first responders, community leaders and supporters who believe that every warrior deserves the same opportunity to heal from the traumas they have endured in their service to others. They have come together to build a community for warriors nationwide to attend for free, a five-day program built by warriors using holistic techniques steeped in ancient warrior culture and backed by modern evidence based methods.

Description
The Battle Within provides a FREE 5-day program for warriors battling Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). During your Revenant Journey class, you will receive training and tools to begin your own path, developing healthy lifestyle changes that have been proven to reduce the symptoms of PTS. Upon graduation, you will join a community of fellow warriors who are dedicated to supporting one another, who are continuing on their path of healing, and who have made a commitment to share what they have learned with other warriors. This is all done because of the need to end the epidemic of suicide. The Frontline Therapy Network provides 6-10 free therapy sessions for warriors through our network of vetted clinicians. This service removes the barriers and provides free licensed therapy to support those serving our nation and our community.

A clinical coordinator will call to do an intake interview then match with a therapist to schedule your sessions.
