Description
Integrated referrals to the Vibrant Health- Central Dental Clinic are made for hygiene and restorative services. When needed, Vibrant Health dental staff coordinate additional external referrals for specialty dental care.

Call for appointment; no walk-ins. Expect a 1 week wait for new appointment.

Interpreters are provided for patients & patient families who are proficient in a language other than English.

Description
Integrated referrals for behavioral health services at the Vibrant Health Central or Argentine clinic are made per patient preference. Behavioral health services include screening children and adults for diagnosis of behavioral health conditions; trauma-informed interventions for patients with mild or moderate conditions; and coordinated referral to partner agencies for patients with severe conditions or chronic, long-term needs.

Vibrant Health- Children's Campus Clinic provides preventive and acute medical services and chronic disease management for children 0 - 19 years of age; lab services; care coordination and specialist referrals; and Medicaid enrollment assistance. Transportation to and from clinic visits may be available for established patients.
