Intake Procedure
For the initial consultation an application for services is first completed over the phone, which includes the elderly persons name, contact info and demographic info. Persons calling on behalf of the elderly person must have permission or be a legally assigned Power of Attorney or Guardian. Arrangements may be possible for an actual in person appointment, but that depends on the legal issue and resources available.
