Description
Call-A-Ride: Provides transportation to people with disabilities that prevent them from using MetroLink or MetroBus services. Reservation scheduling is provided to customers with disabilities who qualify for Americans with Disabilities Act paratransit services.
Hours
- Call Mon-Fri - 7:30am to 4:30pm for a reservation - Rides may be available 7 days a week in parts of service area
Required Documents
- Complete Metro ADA Paratransit Application - Passenger's full name, home address and phone number - Exact address of pick up and drop off locations for all trips being scheduled - Please inform of any additional riders such as children, personal care attendants, service animals, etc. - If using Medicaid for a medical trip, have Medicaid number and physician's office phone number - If special assistance is needed, please notify at time of reservation
