The Home Repair Program provides assistance to very-low income households with home repairs that would pose a health and/or safety issue for the homeowner and the community. Eligible conditions include barrier removal.

Eligibility
Must be owner-occupied house, and cannot be a trailer home, town home, duplex and apartment house, adjoined properties, rental property or property where business is conducted. Household income must be at or below 80% of the HUD area median income guideline.

The Community Housing Investment Program (CHIP) is designed to leverage private mortgage funds to assist targeted income households in purchasing a home.

Eligible household income must be at or below 80 percent of the area median. Applicants cannot own any real estate at time of closing, or be a previous CHIP participant. Buyers must be preapproved by approved consortium lender.
