Eligibility
- Referred from Epworth - Ages 18-24 years at time of admission, formerly in foster care, aged out or no longer in care - Must make $387.50 a month in verifiable income without exceeding $32,800 in annual income - No unsettled landlord action - No drug conviction for the past 3 years
