Description
To begin the process, fill out our eligibility form to see if you are qualified to receive an application. Once accepted into our program, you will begin one-on-one homeownership counseling and our pre-purchase education. In this phase, youâll build savings, reduce debt and work toward mortgage readiness. After completing counseling, you will be ready to get pre-approved for a mortgage to purchase your new home. This might mean buying a home built or renovated by Habitat KC, or buying a home on the open market. Either way, weâll be there every step of the way.
