CLAIM provides free, confidential and unbiased health insurance counseling for people on Medicare and their caregivers. Trained volunteer counselors can answer questions and assistance in helping people to make an informed decision about: Medicare enrollment and billing; Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, Medigap and Supplemental Plans, Medicare Advantage Plans, Public Benefits and Appeals and Grievances. Call the toll-free number to be referred to a local counselor in your area. Program funded by the Department of Insurance, Financial Institution and Professional Registration through a grant from the Administration for Community Living. Services are provided through a contract with Primaris.
