The Paint Program is offered to single-family homeowners and does not make provision for mobile home, rental properties, duplexes, or other multi-family dwellings. The Paint Program provides free paint and supplies to qualifying homeowners who live in Kansas City, Missouri. There is no income requirement for this program.

Description
The KCMO Paint Program provides house paint to homeowners needing to make improvements. Homeowner must make all necessary repairs, properly prepare the house for painting and provide labor.
Hours
M-F 8am-5pm
Required Documents
Completed application, proof of all household income, proof of ownership of the home
Eligibility
Must own and reside in the property to be painted; May own only one property

Intake Procedure
Call or go to website for application. The house must be prepared for painting. City staff will perform an onsite inspection of the property before a voucher can be issued. All labor must be accomplished or provided by the homeowner.
