Helps to ensure a quality life for people on the long-term care continuum by offering choices for long-term care, providing a voice to residents, giving compassionate and comforting support, and building relationships with caregivers in the community. Services include Long Term Care Ombudsman Programs, Nursing Facility Referrals, Specialized Information and Referral and Directory/Resource List Publication.
