Description

RideKC Freedom is a complementary paratransit program that provides ADA paratransit services to those 65+ and living with a disability throughout the Kansas City region. Paratransit service is an origin to destination, shared ride, advanced reservation public transportation service.

M-F 8am-5pm

Required Documents

Application. For non-ADA paratransit application: 2"X2" passport-type photo (can send in your own or call for an appointment to get picture taken at their office)

Age 65+ or those with a disability. Other eligibility may apply, please call for information.

Intake Procedure

Download and print an application from website or call to request an application be mailed. Must be completed by the client as well as a medical professional familiar with clients health condition or disability. ADA paratransit service: When the application is complete call the Eligibility Office to schedule an in-person assessment. Non-ADA paratransit service: Submit your applciation with proof of age and 2"X2" photo to 1200 E 18th St, Kansas City, MO 64108

The RideKC Taxi regional pilot voucher program provides taxi services to select area residents who are 65+ or are living with a disability. Discounted fares are paid using electronic farecards.
