Description
Support Coordinators are professionally trained advocates who coordinate services for people with developmental disabilities. Support coordinators help people access the services and agencies in the community to build a life that is personally satisfying. Supports are tailored to the needs of the individual and sometimes based upon individual funding. Support coordination can be provided for an individual for as long as needed.

Developmental disability diagnosis (as determined by Kansas City Regional Office); must be eligible for medicaid
