Intake Procedure
CRNs: If the caller identifies themselves as one of the 3 eligible populations take the contact information for the caller (name, phone number, and email) and send contact info via email to Jim MacDonald (Jim.Macdonald@uwgkc.org), he will be handling return contact to callers. Use the subject line âKCStrong 211 callerâ in your email. DO NOT SHARE JIM MACDONALD'S CONTACT INFO PLEASE. An approved course of action regarding how funds will be distrubuted will be finalized in the future and that will be communicated with effected parties.
