Picture ID for guardians and adult participants, identification for children, current income and proof of address

Eligibility

Must be a pregnant or postpartum/breastfeeding person, non-breastfeeding person up to six months after birth of the baby, person who has lost a pregnancy within the past six months, have an infant or child under 5, or be legal guardian of child under 5. Must have a nutritional need (WIC staff can help you determine this), and have a family income less than WIC guidelines (185% of poverty level). If you currently receive TANF or SNAP you are automatically income eligible.

    Registered dietitians or nutritionists provide individualized counseling to families, encourage development of healthy eating behaviors and assist with reaching wellness goals.
