Habitat partners with individuals and families to build or renovate homes, these homes can then be purchased with a no-interest loan through Habitat and the applicant must perform 350 hours of sweat equity. Provides and may require education, post-purchase seminars, tutoring and ongoing counseling regarding financial issues and home ownership.
