Photo ID for each family member (birth certificates or shot records ok for children), proof of residency dated within the last 30 days, proof of income, past due or disconnection notice
Eligibility
At or below 50% of AMI (Area Median Income); rent requires a past due notice (eviction notice is not required)

Apply online. Applications will be reviewed weekly. Within 5 business days of application receipt, applicants will be contacted to either schedule an appointment or notified of application denial.
